FAQ - DVD Region | Blu-ray Region | TV System

DVD and Blu-ray players and discs are region coded for the part of the world in which they are located.

Example, USA residents are usually not able to watch discs released in Europe.
In other words, Region X players only play Region X discs and cannot play Region Y or Z discs.

Please ensure your DVD or Blu-ray player is the correct region or multi-region capable.
We cannot refund or exchange due to region incompatibility issues.

Not every DVD or Blu-ray player is region coded. Many are multi-region, especially in Australia.
